My parents tried to pull that with me, and my vehicles when I lived at home. I started packing my stuff. When my mother asked what I was doing. I said I was moving out. Tune changed a little after that!

That doesn't work when they are already telling you to move out.  Ask me how I know.

Why are they making you get rid of one, only to get another one ?

You can't sell your dually for more money than scrap? It may be perfect for somebody else.

Dude, run the ads again but ask less money for it.   You should still be able to get more for it than the scrap yard.

if i went any lower it would have been cheaper than scrap metal but i didnt take it to a scrap yard i took it to a salvage yard and they keep the vehicles for a year before they finally take them away. but in return im going tomorrow so i can get this puppy that should be way better on fuel than my dually http://winstonsalem.craigslist.org/cto/3058430438.html

Wow a running classic like that lost.  Those trucks are getting hard to find here in the Pennsylvania section of the rust belt.

If they have say on your fuel mileage, might as wee go right now and buy a ford festiva.  a 305 or 350 ANYTHING will get you +2 or +3 MPG at best....

My mother ended up kicking me out a few months later, but I still kept all my rigs there for several more years.
Who is we when you say we need a truck?
I am thinking you mean your parents and you?
If thats the case and i was in your position I would get a car! If they need a truck and you allready had one, and they made you get rid of it, I would let them find their own truck, but thats just how I am!

gto109 told me he would lend you the money  ;D

Seriously if you talk to them they might understand and give it to you for what they paid.

Man, that was really one sad sight on that You Tube video. Probably the saddest thing I've ever seen on You Tube. Man, it had a cool name and everything... :(

well this made me cry a little its what one of my friends said on facebook about my truck
Rest in peace, Pig. You were a fine vehicle and one of the most memorable icons in my life up to this point. I hope you know that your owner cared for you very greatly, so much so that you were a part of his identity. You will be dearly missed by him and by his friends. Though I have never had the opportunity to ride you, many legends have been passed down about you and you will live on in those stories and the hearts of those who have told them and heard them. May you continue to guzzle gas and haul ass in truck heaven. Beep beep, power slide.
