Can someone please tell me what code 043 is relating to a 1990 Chevy Suburban? Thanks in advance!

Code 043 is timing related.  Knock sensor-- could have a bad tank of gas, timing off or maybe a timing chain going.  I just googled OBD 1 code 043... and took it from there.
