hey all, long time :)
just wanted to say thanks! I figured out today's project because you wonderful guy. ;) What I did today? O just replaced the fuel pump (mechanical) all by my self! She sounds sooo much better now. had to replace some hose too and wow I can't wait to drive truckie later. Now just have to rebuild the carb and replace the coil pack and I should be getting why better gas mileage! I will put my pictures back up Vary soon.

yap, and now I get to find out the fun of replacing a back bumper and drivers side box hm side. Dad jack knifed a trailler in to my truckie. >.<

Congrats on the fuel pump! Sounds like dad owes you some parts!
Hit the bumper bolts with some penetrating oil before you try and break them loose, I'd the bumper is original it'll be a 3/4" socket and wrench to get them off. The bed side is I believe, 1/2" and there are a bunch of bolts, and a spot weld at the back.
Keep wrenching on your own stuff, makes you love your truck that much more!

hehe, yap feels great ^_^. ya dad is going to help fix his messup once the mine reopens. (5 weeks unpaid vacation ouch!) I will remember to use that stuff slammed :>.
