Anyone find a good quality replacement dash pad?  I saw this at summit, never heard of them.

Probably the same as the unmentionable vender sells.  It is a blob of urethane, fit isn't real good.  I have one that came with my truck, not impressed at all.

Check out ClassicParts.com. They have a repro vinyl and foam dash pad like the originals in all colors.

I sell 81-87 Vinyl skinned aftermarket dashes in the store (they are working on making the 73-80),  one is mounted in one of my trucks and they fit just as good as the factory.

I know nothing about OER, but I know what I sell fits.  If you are looking for the cheap urethane version, I have a couple and they fit ok for a driver...

Capt,

Do you have an ETA for the 73-80 dash panel?  Will it be metal backed like the factory dash panels?

No ETA yet, I just talked to them last week as a follow up.  It will have a metal backing, but it won't be a full metal backing like the original.

I don't want vinyl cause it will just crack like the factory, looking at something flexible, fitment doesn't matter at all, anything is better than no dash pad.
Capt how much for one of your urethane ones? Dark blue if you have it.

Yeah I got one of those from JCwhitney lol. It was heavy as all get out. It fit ok, but it sort of.... sagged. Like they didn't reinforce the heavy blob very well. I couldn't make it do what I wanted so I sent it back.
