I removed the body side molding on my 84, one door piece was missing and others were curling a little on the ends.
I kinda like the way it looks without it. When I repaint (its dark blue/silver/dark blue) I was thinking of just putting a thin pinstripe (painted) where the two colors meet.
Curious as to what others have done.

I would leave it all off as well. Emblems the whole 9. Just leave the bowtie in the grille and seperate the two colors with a pinstripe.

They look fine without them, most crack after time. I don't plan to put mine back on.
