Will the bell housing from 305 fit a 350?

As long as both are small block chevy engines (same/similar looking valve covers) the bell housing pattern is the same.  Actually the pattern is the same for the I-6 250, 292, the V-6 4.3L and the Big Block 396, 402, and 454 among other displacement all are the same.

i think ALL smallblocks from 55-96 have the same bellhousing and thus interchange.
