Title: K30 frame question

I have an 84 K30 cab and chassis dually truck. I am looking at a 78 K30 pickup dually frame and am wondering if my front differential will bolt right into the 78 frame. I think my 84 rear end is the narrow rear and won't fit into the pickup frame. I don't think there is any difference but just was not quite 100% sure on this one.

I was just going to have my 84 frame shortened but that just seems like too much trouble. Besides I think I have changed my mind from wanting a flatbed to sticking with the factory dually bed.
