Title: Buckskin tonneau? 77 Shortbox
Post by: OxonCounty77 on September 13, 2012, 02:17:36 pm
Hi-my new baby has now made it safely from Minnesota to the UK. Paintwork not as nice as it looked in the pictures I was sent (surprise!) but she's absolutely solid as a rock.
First thing I want to get hold of is a tonneau for the (short box) bed. The interior is Buckskin (light tan) & it seems Truxedo have listed a low-pro in this color in the past, but I am having difficulty in finding one A/at sensible money B/finding someone that ships to the uk. Ive not even seen a picture of a soft cover in this colour, but think it would look fab against the red/burgundy. Anyone got one fitted/know of a supplier/catalog ref number?
Many thanks!
Andrew

(Photo shows the old girl just off the boat at Southampton docks.Just thrown the toys out of her pram & wouldnt start-starter fallen apart.....Why have you brought me to this cold & rainy place!)

I would suggest calling them directly:  http://www.truxedo.com/lopro/land.php

Extang also says custom tonneau colors are available if truxedo doesn't have what you want.

I have no idea the prices, but I saw that on their website.

I think your truck will appreciate the milder winter weather you have in the UK, compared to the horrible post-apocalyptic-like winters it spent in Minnesota.
