Title: ecm/computer location?

87 r10 305 TBI

where is the location of the ecm / "computer" on these trucks?
i looked under the dash on the drivers side and the only apparent similar thing i see is a box appx 3"x4"x1" labeled with wording such as "servo" and "transmission". this is something obviously installed by the PO and not factory original, i can tell by the installation.

it would be nice to know this for future issues.
