Title: Inline 6 to v-8 motor mounts
Post by: danc on October 08, 2012, 07:44:35 pm
I have a 1980 K10. I removed a 6 cylinder 250 and installed a 350. I got the right motor mounts on the engine but they do not line up with the other half that is mounted on the frame. Does any one know if the frame is different? Do I need another piece for the mount? Thanks.

There is a "6" position and a "8" position marked on the frame, you need to move the mounts on the frame to the "8" spot.
