I know there are a lot of post covering this topic, but I can't find the info I am looking for. Sorry for asking again.
When I bought my '81 SWB this summer the previous owner had already dropped it (2" spindle, 2"springs up front; 2" hangers, 2" shackles, axle flip rear). He did it almost all correctly but stopped before replacing the shocks. I have looked through some previous posts, searched online, and scoured catalogs but I am having a hard time figuring out what shocks I need. The rear shock mounts are about 14" apart when the truck is on level ground.
Can someone please help point me in the correct direction.

I see you have the bed off. If the 14" measurement is without the bed...you'll need 3/4"- 1" less with the bed installed. Something to keep in mind, Lorne

Are you running shock extenders? That will increase the length.
