Apparently the driver was afraid the engine was stalling so he punched the gas and thus lost control, going into the building.

That hillarous and sad all at the same time...though I like this comments:
“The truck had minor damage, but they’ll have to rebuild a portion of the front wall of the building. Two front windows were broken and some timbers and siding were destroyed,” Johnston said.
Got to love how solid and well build our trucks are.

Yep, blame the truck for it. It felt like it was going to stall so I aimed it at the nearest house and punched it.

A home in the town where I reside has been T-boned twice. Both times the drivers couldn't understand what happened - their vehicles just took off all by themselves! I agree. They're clueless! ...But, never at fault! Sad to say, there are a lot of people out there driving around in lethal weapons who just can't figure it out! ::)

Yeah a lot of the commenters were blaming the truck too. Nothing excuses driver ignorance.
