On any vehicle. Its located at the rear axle. Therea a bracket coming off the fram holding the part in the picture. It looks hydraulic, and theres 2 steel lines going into it. The arm goes down and attaches to the dif cover.

Thanks bd. Thats pretty interesting. Maybe thats causing my brothers dually to lock up the rears when you barely touch the brakes.
