Title: Screws/bolt to hold vent housing behind dash

I just received a new dash from this site and was trying to install it. I removed the plastic vent housing that is attached behind the dash in the middle and right side, but when i went to reattach those pieces to the new dash i discovered they were just simply screwed into the old dash. I would prefer to use the holes provided on the plastic piece and the new dash. Is it just  simply a nut and bolt that holds it on? The right side has three holes and the piece in the middle has 3 as well.

yes correct, i got the $325 dash on the bottom
