I put a Dodge split bench seat with fold down console and drivers side power in it Kenwood head unite and speakers. I want to switch the power windows over to Manuel. And put a small lift on it maybe hopefully be putting new exhaust on it this week

Nice looking rig! A 4inch lift would really set it off.

There are alot of great lifts out there, personally I use skyjacker. Offroad design has a rear shackle reverse kit which uses your existing rear springs and then you upgrade your fronts. Keep in mind whatever you choose theres certain items that need to be addressed, driveshaft length, brake lines, steering corrections etc do your homework

Just a curiosity question, Why do you want to switch from power windows to manual windows ?

Yea i was wondering that to? Alot of times just taking off the door panel and adjusting/lubricating existing slide channels sometimes will speed things up. Of course a dead motor is a whole other issue.
