Title: Licenceplate-less front bumper?

done a little searching online but some of your knowledge supersedes mine when it comes to OEM stuff, do they make a plateless front bumper? if so where do i find one? or off of what year?

GM never offered one. There very well could be an aftermarket company that does, but I have never seen one.
