Spraying 1,400' of V groove pine with urethane for a contractor buddy of mine.

I'd hate to sand it all down for the 2nd coat. :o

I was at a customer that does similar work on an automatic machine at 300 ft./min.

First, and second coat one right after another. Stand it up long enough to spray them all, then start over again. Let them sit for about 4 hours, gave them a light scuff with 320 paper, wiped them with a rag, then a tack cloth, and spray a third heavier coat on.

looks like the snow blade is going to benefit from the process as well!
