Title: Cab Rubber?
Post by: Colby on January 29, 2013, 02:01:20 pm
I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find the rubber pieces that are bolted to the cab inside the rear of the fender?  I assume they are to keep the air from blowing back in to the door jamb.  I would love to replace them if possible.  I checked the store here and it doesn't look like they are in there.

Thanks.  Shawn

Did you e-mail the store ?  Capt. Will at least tell you if he knows where or who sells them.

This is the piece I was talking about.

Capt called it a Fender Seal.  Anybody know if the newer trucks (84-87'ish) had them as well?  Guess I'm going to have to try and find some in a junk yard that are in better shape than mine.

Yeah Bake,
He said he didn't know of anyone who was reproducing them.  Looks like junkyards will be my only shot, thats why I was wondering if they were the same till 87?  I figured I could at least get one that has a little more life to it than my old ones.

No one reproduces those.  They were factory on the High trim packages.
