has anyone done business with these folks? I cant do it this cheap! Is it a good deal or too good to be true?

$895 with exchange for a 305 or 350 per phone call today

No, that's on par with everything that I have been seeing as well.  Here in Dallas, a 305 is $820 and a 350 is $825 with the difference coming in a $205 core charge for the 305 and a $340 core charge for the 350.  It's not too good to be true, but it's also a deal that can be had a lot of places.
