Title: 74 Chevy K10 Bed

Hey guys. My truck is a 74 Chevy K10 4x4 shortbed. Do you know if the bed from a 1980 GMC shortbed will fit. They are both 1/2 tons trucks. I have the opportunity to get this other bed for $100. The one I Have is rusted out big time. Any advise will help. Thank you.

Yes it will fit, gas doors on the 1980, standard is the drivers side would be different

It will bolt on. You will need to use the gas filler hose assembly from the newer bed. The tail light harness plug is different too. You can use your harness though.
