Title: brake diagram, parts

I have a 1978 chevy Silverado long wide am in the process of redoing all of the rubbers and hoses ready to do brakes (they locked up on me) I am just going to replace it all But I do not know what the piece is that splits the brake lines at the front of the truck ... the line comes from the master cyl. to this splitter box .. What do I order??
