Title: Seat thing

Finally got around to recovering the old bench seat I bought and getting that 40/20/40 seat out of the truck and I have these things that came with the seat. I don't know where they go. I know they go on the sides but does anyone have a picture how they mount?

What year seat?  what does the seat look like.
