Post by: launchpad on March 30, 2013, 10:21:51 am
I have an 82 Diesel C10 with dual tanks. I need to know the capacity of each tank. Anybody know? Thanks in advance!

There are 2 choices and it even could be a combination of... 16 gal and 20 gal (if a long bed)  16 gal only for shortbed.

Long bed so you think they're both 20 then?

It would be rare to have 16 most likely you have 20's

They could be either.  Post a picture with a length measurement and I can tell you.

Why not just run one tank dry and fill 'er up? lol. Also, my truck is a long bed with dual 16 gallon tanks; not all long bed trucks had 20's.
