Title: Ground Strap ??

So i have a ground strap on the firewall next to where the A/C was. its not a long ground strap so i can only thing it goes to the valve cover, and thats just because it can reach anything else. Well take a look and tell me what yall thing.

It bolts to the back of the cylinder head.
