1978 Chevy truck - What does the "P" mean in   the "PK" on the title?

I'm trying to figure out exactly what my truck is for reference when ordering parts, here's a picture of the info at the top of the title.

The VIN number shows it to be a 1978 3/4 ton Chevy 4x4 Truck that originally came with a 350 engine.  But what does the PK stand for?

I'm going to order some new custom lift leaf springs and I want to make sure I'm getting the right springs for my truck.  I'll be doing a big push to finish this truck in July.

Thanks,

Mike

the only numbers you should need are the engine block numbers and vin, most time the only time numbers matter is when it comes to the engine
