It's wood & rust, but looks cool! ...I'm on a tight budget but everybody likes the old the old '86 Scottsdale 20.
-
all it needs is some sanding and some paint and itīll be a show piece steering wheel no joke... what did you make it out of?
-
Thanks! I bought on ebay for 15.00. It's probably from around 1970? ...I just purchased a Cal Custom "foot"gas pedal, for 7.00.

Looks coop
-
I had one just like that on my 71 Cutlass back in the day...
-
I saw a wheel like this on a high school seniors, '55 Chevy 2dr post, back around 1967. ..My heart skipped a beat!
Yesterday, I made a short walk around video, of my '86 C20. The truck will be like the '57 Project X Chevy to me. I'll fix it up a little at a time. ...I'd like to put a Weiand super charger on it, ..when I win the lottery!

Hey bob,
whatcha got your CB mic hanging on?
-
Good morning!... Right now the CB microphone is just drapped over the rear view mirror, but I have product called a" Mic Keeper", that screws into the cab ceiling. You pull down on the mic to talk, & it retracts, when you let go. They are sold at truck stops, & online. Thanks, Bob!(http://doctorgrooveband.com/cb-gear-keeper.jpg)
PS: the radio I installed also plays 8 track tapes! ...LOL
