Title: Removing the front fenders skin
Post by: scotttick on April 14, 2013, 02:28:53 am
Is there any way to remove the skin off a front fender?  If so, how difficult is it to remove and get back on.  I have a crease in the front corner where I cannot get to the backside.  If anyone has a better way to remove the crease I would like to here it too.  Thanks

It's really not that bad just to unbolt the whole thing just a little time nothing to complex though

I JUST did this to replace the blower motor.   It isn't hard at all and if u remember correctly, it's 12-14 bolts that go along the skirt and the inner well.   I sprayed them down with some lithium prior so I wasn't fighting dirt and rust, but all in all, not bad.
