Here are some wheels I have been contemplating for some time. Just can't make a final decision. Does anyone have these on your pickup?
-
One more....
I like the grey wheels, but can't decide what they will look like. I have an overall look for my pickup when done and the traditional Cragar SS style is it, but.....

I'm in the same boat. I think that I have decided on 20" MB Old Schools. This is not my truck, but it has the 17" Old Schools on it.

I can't decide yet. I'm not 100% sold after seeing this picture. I don't know why either. I'm gonna still search for pics and until then my paint and bodywork isn't even done. So I guess I shouldn't get to in a hurry, but it takes me forever to make a decision on this stuff. I better get a head start.
I hope people keep posting pics, though. It does help make a decision.

I know what you mean. And then I see pics of trucks with really clean rally wheels, and I think, wow, those are kinda sweet. Once again not my truck but these are the wheels that I currently have but mine have seen better days. I think what makes them pop is the raised white letter tires. We've gotten so accustomed to giant rims and low profile tires that we've forgotten about those. I loved the way my old trucks looked with those tires. One time, they put them on letters facing in, I made them change them. Good luck with your search.

I guess more than anything, I am looking for some shine and an aggressive look. Not too crazy, though. No oversized rims or rims that have so much going on they might as well be solid. The rally rims look great. Maybe that's why I can't decide.

I'm not done with these, and I'm getting new tires this week, but here's what I actually got motivated to do this weekend.

paint can sure do wonders... its like make up and a push up bra on a woman... lol..

Yep, I think paint and a black center cap are in my near future. I have to get new tires soon, so that will be it.

Finally got everything put back together. For you young guys on the board that think you have to have 20's for your truck to look sharp, these are called "Raised White Letter" tires. They're pretty rare these days with all of the big rims and low profiles, but this is how we used to give our wheels a cool look back in the day.

Nice looking truck Canadian :-)

The fact that everyone is posting about rally wheels might have helped me make my decision. I really like the way they look and I already have them.
I like it when they don't have the trim rings on better. I have seen some with the newer 90s model black center caps and that looks nice, but new factory shiny caps look good to.
I am not going to lower the truck much and not have very much shiny on the rest so I think rally wheels will be the way to go.

I Want To Change My Rimes and Tires! Something To Fill The wheelwells. Any Suggestions And Yea Im Wanting To Go With The " Raised White Letters ".

What's the best paint to refinish the old steel wheels with? I have 2 sets of 15 x 8, one set is on the truck now. What's the best way to prep the wheels? I don't have access to a media blaster, but I assume stripping the old paint off would be best...

here's a pic of mine with dog dish hub caps and trim rings. I painted a set of stock rims and got the rings at the bone yard. Till I spring for new rims, doing it on the cheap! After having them a while, I kinda like them.
