I bought this about three weeks ago. It was a county Rescue Squad vehicle. It's been we'll maintained and kept inside, it just turned over 100K. Three rows of seats and about 9 miles per gallon! I love this thing!

Very nice, Brian!

Oh my, that is sharp. I was envisioning the base Custom Deluxe 3/4 ton, basic red. You got a keeper.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. I hope to take it this Friday and have the doors painted where the Rescue Squad stickers took the paint off. I don't really know anything about the truck, but I'm learning how to identify stuff by looking at old posts from other forum users. We were fighting a structure fire and county rescue showed up in this unit and I had a fit over it. Never in a million years did I imagine that five weeks after that fire, my name would be on the title to this truck. I test drove a 94 K1500 on a Monday, we couldn't agree on price so we shook hands and walked away friends; got the call Tuesday that this truck was going to be sold. The catch: it had been promised to another local squad unit that they would have first option to buy this truck if it was ever sold. I waited anxiously for three days, and then got the call that they had to pass! Thanks for letting me hang out and learn from you guys.

That does look like they took very good care of the truck in the pic.
