Title: Column shifter hard to put in reverse!!

I have an 87 R10 350tbi with a 700r4 transmission.  When you shift from park to reverse it feels like somthing is binding up.  I have disconnected the linkage from the trans and it is fine..no binding issues at all. Im thinking that it may possibly be in the column its self.  Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance

Look in the side of the Trans. Check the shifter linkage .
