Looking to swap the crossmember on my 85 chevy pro street project.. just got my 3" drop springs in :D and now i want to swap upper and lower control arms... any ideas?

I am not exactly sure what you are asking.

Wanting to unbolt the six bolts that hold on that huge crossmember and replace it with an aftermarket... is that possible?
-
There's five cross members from front to back..

well if someone makes an aftermarket cross member you must be able to do it then or atleast that's my guess? And ok 6 I was going off the top of my head, if the truck has a steady bearing in it, or had a steady bearing then I can think of 3 "huge" crossmembers, up front between the control arms, the rear cab support member which there are 2 versions of, 1 that is basically 2 mounts and a bar joining them and the other version is made alot heavier and able to support a steady bearing, then the crossmember between the front spring hangars, so be a little more specific and maybe someone will take the time and think about their reply
