Did a search, but didn't find quite what I was looking for. I need to replace the front stereo speakers and was wondering if anyone had a good source. I'm not looking for anything special - just something that will sound good and fit in the original slot without additional brackets or wiring. This is for an '83 Silverado.
Thanks!

I used these pioneer 3.5 inch speakers.

Use the "Outfit My Car" feature at Crutchfield (http://www.crutchfield.com/app/car/carselector.aspx) to get started. It will ID the speakers that fit in the factory locations.

i use a dual voice coil 4x10 speaker in the center and then branch out a 3 inch planet audio tweeter off each side of the center speaker in the factory holes on each side of the dash.
