i was gon go with the magnum double chain timing set, but after being advised against it as i have no cam and no real performance stuff to warrant a double link chain, i rolled with the single, but i thought id share with yall what my chain looked like.
and yep, we replaced the whole shebang, not just the chain. And after thinking about it, since we had to take the front end of the engine off, i decided to replace the water pump/fan clutch as well, as well as put on new belts.
feel free to respond, and believe me, any comments on my buddys narration will be forwarded on to him , as he was sort of embarrased after hearing himself played back on video, lmao!
