Title: 3" DROP SPINDLES DOUGHT
Post by: OKUMA111 on May 16, 2006, 12:25:00 am
CAN SOME BODY PLEASE EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES BETHWEEN 1 AND 1 1/4" ROTORS. I KNOW THE THICKNES IS  THE DIFFERENCE BUT I WANT TO BUY THE 3" DROP SPINDLES BUT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 1 1/4" ROTOR FOR MY TRUCK.    MY ROTORS MEASURE 1" THICK. WILL SPINDLES FOR 1 1/4" FIT MY TRUCK?   OR   WHAT WOULD I NEED TO  CHANGE TO PUT THIS SPINDLES.                                                EXAMPLE....... ROTORS FOR 1 1/4", CALIPERS, BEARINGS?

Just get whatever rotors fit your spindles. PS turn off caps

Why don't you buy the 3" spindle that goes with a 1" rotor and avoid all this confusion?

BTW, you need everything basically that attaches to the spindle (including the spindle) to swap over.
