Title: Air ride dumps too fast... Any ideas?
Post by: autonuerotic on July 21, 2006, 06:03:00 am
I just bagged my truck, it has (4) 1/2 inch Parker intake valves and the exhausts are 3/8ths inch (4).  I want to slow the rate of descent down, it drops way too fast.  I was thinking about buying some brass plugs and drilling out a small hole to act as a restrictor and placing them on the dump side.  Im looking for a slow gradual descent...Any thoughts?

Most people get the parkers for speed so..  I would say you would need to restrict it to slow it down also.

don't know if you have fixed your desent yet ,but what I done was apply a 1/4 in line on my down valve ,about 18in coil , goes down nice, hope this helps ,roll low...drag hard
