Title: 80 GMC air conditioning removal
Post by: Sprinkler-Man on December 19, 2013, 07:16:47 pm
I bought my truck with the air conditioning pump and lines removed.  Can I just remove the AC equipment on the fire wall and use one of those AC delete cover plates with the existing blower and ducts or will I have to install ducts out of a non-AC truck and eliminate the dash grill vents to make it work?

You could but why do you want to? You'll never want AC again?

How hard would it be to get the air going again?

Buy and install the missing parts, vacuum the system and recharge. Pretty easy
