Title: spring hanger install on rear leaf

I am looking to install the 2" drop spring hangers on the front part of the rear leaf springs and was wondering if anyone had done this and what the best way to cut the stock rivets off would be??

Air Chisel or grinder is about the easiest way to get them off.
