Title: 86 C10 Delay Wipers Don't work

1986 C-10 Silverado.  Wipers work on high and low, but no delay.  Where to start looking?

Thanks, I thought I did a search on the forum for it but couldn't find it.  Anyway, got it now.

Is the module referenced in the above link located under the steering column, about the size of a pack of cig's with an aluminum heat sink on the under side?
