Title: HEATER & A/C BLOWING PROBLEMS

I have a 1985 K10 with a 5.7L.  A/C and heater both work but it only comes out the dash.  I have all the ducting out and i was messing with the rod that is right behind glove box.  I need this fixed please help.  This all started with me trying to get the defrost to work, but i think I'm not getting any vacuum.  If you can post pics with how to fix it that would be amazing
