Hello,
I have a 1987 silverado with a 305 fuel injected with a 700r4 tranny auto. I have a 350 with a 350 turbo trans coming in about a week. I was wondering if it's just a straight built up as far as putting it in? I'm Farley new to this whole motor/tranny swap but the 305 just isn't doing it for me any more "to expensive to mod and not enough power"

You will have to move the trans mount and get an adapter for the np208 to hook up to the th 350.
-
Do you know off hand what the adapter is called?

Why not use the 700R4?

My 700r4 wines after it gets warm and all my fluids are full.

Why not go through it? Unless you know the TH350 you are getting is rebuilt I would do the same unless you are strapped for cash.

The th350 has a fresh rebuild. I can't afford to rebuild the 700r4

Then you will need to find a donor for the TH350 to NP208 unless the TH350 comes with it. Was it a 4x4 TH350?
-
The TH350 came out of a latter model chevy truck it was a 4x4, does that mean it will be the same length?

TH350's were phased out by 1984 and out of trucks in 1982 with the 700R4 replacing it. So there is no way it came out of a later model unless someone retro'd it in.
Find out what transfer case was bolted to it.

Might have been retro'd into it? I'll did out as soon as I can.
