Does anyone have or know where I can get the 6.2 CDR valve "F" connector on the bottom of the valve?

Here's a thread from a couple of yrs ago on coloradok5.com- apparently the hose is no longer made, so the guy fabbed one up out of steel tubing.

Y'know, after thinking about it for a few minutes, it seems like a guy could fab a fitting up using a little copper tubing, an elbow, and a T.

Did anyone know that parts like the F connector and many other parts are available from the U.S. government. Believe it are not these parts are available. But you would not believe the price. I found this F connector from a government supplier. $260.00 Can you believe it? As everyone knows the U.S. government bought thousands of square body trucks. And GM was required to supply parts not sure for how long or how many. Just think of it, all those parts going to waste! Terrible!
