does anyone know if they made a shield or cover for the dual tank selector valve? I have looked at several trucks in the wrecking yards and yet to see one.
-
as far as i know, no and no aftermarket item. could you get another and move it to a less open place?
-
The TBI trucks had selector valve shields from the factory. Not definite whether all motorized valves had them.
-
Is yours in the factory spot? I know where mine is, it would be an odd set of circumstances for it to get whacked.
-
I have one on my truck. nothing major, its just some thick gage sheet metal held on by 2 bolts. I'll see if I can dig up a picture.
-
Thanks for the replies, I'll keep looking in the wrecking yards.
-
Is the triangular plate pictured what you're looking for?
Please excuse the dirtiness of my undercarriage.... ;D ;D ;D

-
Well as I read the OP it could be either one. I'm not sure now lol
