gorgeous truck.

sorry my ocd is kicking in lol, swb=standard wheel base. but it looks good no matter what you call it
-
It took me 2 years. I did all the work my self except the seat upholstery. All new GM parts,hood- fenders- doors- bed panels- tailgate- bumpers- glass- mirrors- all the trim and a very hard to find new bowtie grill emblem. everything I could buy original GM.

Very nice!

(http://www.naioa.com/v2/modules/Forums/images/smiles/24.gif) this guy lol sorry but that made me chuckle a little. Nothing about your post but he has a frame off resto and you wana see the dome light. i understand maybe there is something you wana see as "stock" but its just the first thought of someone wanting to see the dome light

Now that is one beautiful truck. Well done sir
-
Thanks for the interior and engine pics. Where did you get the air cleaner housing? Also curious about the hood hinges. I have never seen those for sale in chrome/polish?
-
Looks like the hood hinges and air cleaner are just painted to match. The air cleaner is factory.

They are actually jet hot coated, the jack, radiator brackets, hood latch, valve covers, intake manifold, and all of the exhaust also. Thanks for the accolades, I am very proud of this truck. I have a 72 Super Cheyenne also but I like the 87 better, I have always liked this body style and then the fuel injection just made it better. Again Thanks
