Title: Saginaw 3 spd floor linkage?
Post by: 1over1 on February 23, 2014, 09:21:01 pm
Hey all.
My truck has a #spd on the floor with a hurst shifter and my mechanic told me the linkage was all bent and boogered up. It's a 1980 Cheyenne but The tranny isn't stock and really not much is so I don't know if that matters. Anyway I wondered if there is anywhere I could get the linkage beyond ebay? There is one post on ebay that seems like a match but I'm new to this, my last vehicle I worked on was a buick GN and while it wasn't a lot newer it didn't have the same kind of problems. I was having to pull an Austin Powers and go make a 20 point turn when the linkage jammed and I'm now stuck in first...

No problem, if I ever can find OEM to put it back on the column on my 86 I'd give you the one that is in it...
