Title: Front end hitch for '84?

Once upon a time I had a '78 K20.  A guy gave me a bolt in front hitch with tow shackles for like $20.  I no longer have that truck.  Now I've got an '84 C30 Crew Cab long bed and I'm looking for another front hitch.  I can't find one anywhere, and my local bumper/hitch shop wants $4-500 for one.  I'm probably going to end up welding up my own, but does anyone know where I can get one?

      I remember those bolt in front hitch ones for our trucks, I do believe they are no longer made.  Probably an OSHA issue or something stupid like that.
