i was wondering if any one has done a tranning swap from a grany 4 to a 700r ? and if you have how far did you have to move the tranny brace to accomidate the 700r

I do not know if anyone will have specific measurements, more than likely they mated the trans and redrilled the mounting holes, but you never know, someone on here might have a cad drawing showing just what you will have to do.
Wait to see what they say.

If you want to keep the manual tranny the NV 4500 is a great option. Five speed with a 27% OD. Same size 12" clutch will work. Crossmember for the 4x4 with NP 208 stays in stock position. Only thing changes is where the shifter comes through into the cab. About 4 inches further aft from stock.
