Title: np205 driveshaft question
Post by: Magic1 on March 06, 2014, 09:36:33 pm
Hey guys. On my 82 Sierra k10 I've got a th350/203 tcase. I've found a factory th350/205 tcase that I'm going to buy and swap in its place. Does anyone know if my current front drive shaft will work and what type of drive shaft I should be looking for to replace the rear. I'm guessing my current rear dshaft will be too short but haven't bought the 205 yet so I'm not sure.

you would need both front and rear shaft. imo dont swap if nothing is wrong with the 203.

It pops and leaks some. How come you'd keep the 203? I figured getting a 205 would be a no brainer.
