Title: Need immediate help
Post by: DanBej on March 08, 2014, 12:08:25 pm
I've recently taken apart my steering column to replace my turn signal switch. Now that I'm putting it back together I'm having this problem. I can't push it back far enough for the bolt to catch. Please help I've been at it for days.[/img] picture below

Is it still in the truck?  The single is one of the first things to remove..  It looks like you pulled the internals out.

What exactly are you trying to do? You said you were replacing the turn signal switch but it looks like you went a lot deeper than that. If you really want help you're going to need to be a little more descriptive on what you are doing.

In order to pull the old switch out I had to go that deep. Seems like I fixed that problem but now that I put every thing back together including the new switch, the truck won't start and the key is stuck in the ignition
