Title: 6-port fuel tank selector valve
Post by: launchpad on April 03, 2014, 02:08:31 pm
Does anyone know or have a drawing of where what lines go where?    My truck was originally a two tank truck but someone had removed everything.   I'm installing the second take and putting in a new selector valve but I have no idea what lines go where????   On one side i have a small and large inlet/outlet and on the other side I have two small and two large inlets/outlets???

On one side i have a small and large inlet/outlet

These route to the front of the truck - the 3/8" is fuel supply to the pump and the 1/4" is fuel return to the tank.  Both lines connect to the engine mounted fuel pump if carbureted - or route to the throttle body if TBI.

...and on the other side I have two small and two large inlets/outlets???

The right pair routes to the right tank, the left pair to the left tank.

Well, this and similar questions come up so often I was focused on gas rigs... but you're correct.  It doesn't matter.
