Title: what color was my original engine?

so for the 1978 engines - what color were they?  Chevrolet Blue or Orange?

this is mainly curiosity because my 76 was orange and my 78 has a Target engine so its all black.  I'm in the middle of changing the rear main and oil pan gasket and the dust shield on the bell housing is blue.
